Here at Trackars we provide staff day or night over 7 days to provide care in your home.
We understand that the tasks that you may need assistance with can vary greatly and can be as flexible as you need us to be.
We carry out tasks ranging from light household duties and the preparation of light meals to the care of a more personal nature. We can assist you in bathing or showering, dressing or undressing. We are also aware that you may just need someone to be with you, offering reassurance that you will be safe. This service can be offered either through the day or at night.
Our aim is that you receive the support you need in the privacy and comfort of your own home where you feel most comfortable.
You may be in receipt of care hours from your local trust. However are you aware that if you feel you would like more care hours that you can fund this yourself? Direct payments and the independent living fund may be able to help you to do this.
