- Trackar’s Induction Programme.
Every staff member is appraised at initial interview and then at six month intervals (i.e. twice in first 6 months).

Most are half day or full day courses. As a Trackar's member you are informed of dates and times first via our bi-monthly newsletter. Some programmes have no charge and others are heavily subsidised for Trackar’s staff. A certificate will be issued on completion of competency/programme.
Training is open to non-Trackar’s members, and many disciplines benefit from our courses. Teachers, Life guards, Beauticians, Nannies, Child Minders, Drivers, and Youth Leaders are among the range of occupations that participate.
All our programmes are well organised, professional and designed to meet your PREP and continuous self-development requirements in the progressive healthcare environment.
